Vic Coffin (NC)
My name is Victor D. Coffin and I am a 9th Degree Black Belt in Okinawa Kenpo Karate Kobudo, as taught by the late Grand Master, Seikichi Odo. I have been practicing the art of karate since 1958. I have my own school and have taught consistently since 1974 in Greensboro, North Carolina, USA. I am a combat veteran of Vietnam, having served in the United States Marine Corps. My focus of study at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro was physical education.
It has been my passion since surviving Vietnam to help men, women and children to become the best that they can be, and to realize the value they have as human beings. I have observed students from all backgrounds with varying degrees of physical and mental abilities grow into confident, well-mannered, and well-disciplined people, whom anyone would be proud to be associated with. We do all this through consistent physical training that is challenging mentally as well as physically.
